Documaat sells digital document templates for businesses, organisations and freelancers. You buy a document online and immediately download an editable Word file (.docx) with your own logo and company details already filled in. No more starting from scratch.
Our web shop opens soon. This page already explains what we sell, what it costs, how delivery works and which terms apply. Ordering and payment are not yet available.
What we sell
Documaat sells digital products only: document templates, models and checklists that you complete and adapt yourself. No physical goods and no subscriptions.
Privacy and GDPR
Templates for privacy statements, data processing agreements, records of processing, DPIAs, data breach procedures and other GDPR (AVG) documents.
Information security
Policies, procedures and checklists for a management system under ISO 27001 and NEN 7510, for healthcare and other sectors.
Legal for freelancers
Legal templates for independent professionals (ZZP), such as service agreements, general terms and non-disclosure agreements.
Templates are general examples, not personal legal, tax or security advice. You remain responsible for adapting and using them.
Prices
You pay once per document. Documaat sells to business customers only, so prices are shown excluding VAT, together with the VAT amount and the price including VAT.

With a valid VAT number from another EU country (checked via VIES) VAT is reverse-charged (0%). There are no shipping or other additional costs.
How it works and how delivery works
- Choose your documents
Search the catalogue and add the documents you need to your checkout. - Enter your company details
Company name and billing address, and optionally a logo (PNG or JPG), registration number and contact details for inside the document. - Pay online
You pay securely through our payment provider Mollie, for example with iDEAL or credit card. - Download instantly
Right after payment you download your Word files. You receive the invoice and a confirmation by email.
Delivery is fully digital and immediate after payment. You can download a purchased document again for up to one year after payment, at most five times per document, through "My purchases" with a sign-in link sent to your email address. Please keep your own copy.

Who sells

Business customers only
Documaat sells only to companies, organisations and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession, and you confirm this when ordering. Documaat does not sell to consumers.
Licence
After full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, complete and adapt the document within your own organisation. Reselling, publishing or distributing it as a template is not allowed. Each delivered file carries a licence mark with your company name and order number.
Price, payment and delivery
Before you pay, you see which documents you are buying and the total price including VAT. You pay in advance via Mollie. Delivery is digital, immediately after full payment.
Cancellation and refunds
As a business customer you do not have the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) that consumers have, so an order cannot simply be cancelled after delivery. If the download fails, you do not receive the document you ordered or the file is damaged, report it within thirty days to ondersteuning@documaat.nl. We will then deliver the correct file or refund the price of that document. Refunds are made via the original payment method.
Complaints
Send your complaint with a description and your order number to ondersteuning@documaat.nl. We investigate it and let you know how we will handle it.
Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Adroit38 (trade name Documaat), Hoge Zand 39, Unit 1.01, 2512 EL The Hague, is the controller for personal data processed through this website.
This page
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking pixels and loads no external fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) processes your IP address and technical request data to serve and secure the page (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you order
We process the company name, billing address, email address, an optional VAT number and the order details to fulfil and invoice your order (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Optionally you provide a logo and contact details for inside your documents. Payments are processed by Mollie as an independent controller. Invoice records are kept for seven years under Dutch tax law. Data is stored at AWS in Frankfurt. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its use, via ondersteuning@documaat.nl. We respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
